Chicago native Janae’ Wesby is an award-winning entrepreneur, Licensed Esthetician, Esthetics Instructor, makeup artist, and founder of Changing Faces Atelier, a luxury skincare destination she has thoughtfully cultivated in Chicago’s Gold Coast since 2008.

Her work has spanned film, television, bridal, and editorial beauty, earning her a reputation for exceptional artistry and results-driven care. She served as a makeup artist for Chicago’s beloved daytime television program, Windy City Live, for six years and has shared her expertise with organizations including FOX News and L’Oréal Paris.

Since 2012, Janae has expanded her expertise through leadership, education, and speaking opportunities within the luxury beauty industry. Collaborating with executive teams and participating in global educational initiatives shaped her approach to client care, communication, and service excellence—standards that continue to define the experience at Changing Faces Atelier.

Committed to lifelong learning, Janae most recently traveled to Paris to study at the prestigious Sisley Paris Institute, deepening her knowledge of advanced skincare techniques, Parisian facial massage, and the French philosophy of beauty and well-being. She is also the creator of the signature Ageless Skincare Program, an age-supportive approach designed to help clients look and feel their best through every season of life.

Believing that exceptional skincare requires collaboration, Janae has partnered with physicians, including Lakeview Dermatology, helping bridge the gap between esthetics and medicine to support the highest standard of care for her clients.

Today, her focus is devoted entirely to Changing Faces Atelier—a transformative sanctuary where advanced skincare meets restorative self-care. Specializing in hyperpigmentation, barrier restoration, and healthy aging, she develops personalized treatment plans that deliver meaningful, lasting results.
