 To elevate your experience, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This allows you to park conveniently and freshen up before we whisk you away into luxury! 🚗✨

Please understand that if you arrive late, your service will begin promptly, and you will receive only the remaining time for your appointment.

Unfortunately, rescheduling will not be an option.

Upon entering our serene space, please enter quietly to preserve the tranquil environment.

We kindly ask that you silence your devices to ensure a peaceful setting for all guests.

Be prepared to disrobe to our spa wrap and remove shoes and jewelry as part of your relaxation experience. 

Tipping your provider is a gracious way to express your appreciation for the personalized service you receive. We recommend 15-20% of your treatment cost.

Visit us every Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Should you have any inquiries regarding scheduling, please send us an email exclusively on Tuesdays with "Office Hours" in the subject line.

We promise to get back to you promptly! If you miss our dedicated time, we will follow up the following Tuesday.
